Crane Ridge is a contractor to the mining industry. We provide project management, engineering, and commercial services through development, contract mining and processing, commissioning, and into operations — including the operating team that runs the mine.

The scope is the project as it is actually delivered. That includes the mining and processing contract, feasibility and techno-economic work, metallurgy, startup sequencing, offtake and prepayment terms, grade control, concentrate logistics, and the technology that fits the stage.

Cost-effective means it can be installed and run, not that it was the cheapest line on a list. Engagements are scoped to the job: a study, a contract, a startup programme, or the operating company.
